Commodore - The Commodore shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Association, shall preside at all meeting(s), and shall be ex-officio Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Vice Commodore - The Vice Commodore shall assist the Commodore in the discharge of his or her duties and assume such duties in the temporary absence or disability of the Commodore. The Vice Commodore shall be responsible for the timely maintenance of the Regatta Manual, Sailing Instructions, Schedule of Events and scoring of Froeb and Hobock Awards.

Secretary - The Secretary shall keep a full and complete record of the proceedings of all meetings and shall preserve all documents, reports and communications connected with the business of the Association; The Secretary shall send out all notices, compile records of Association sanction regattas and perform other duties pertinent to such portion.

Treasurer - Treasurer shall collect and receive all monies, keep correct account therefor, and deposit same in the name of the Association in such bank as may be approved by the Board of Directors. At the Annual meeting, the Treasurer shall submit a full report in writing of the financial condition of the Association, which shall have been previously approved by the Executive Committee.
